Justin Fisk founded Lifeboat Consulting, LLC after being in the AEC industry for nearly 20 years. Starting his career in IT for an engineering firm he noticed how difficult it was for engineers and architects to transition from “doing” to “managing” and ultimately running the business. After a dozen years in the industry Justin founded J3 Engineering Group, LLC (J3). After a number of years operating J3, Justin made the decision to start another business that focused on his passion for helping others in the AEC industry achieve success and Lifeboat was born. We know first hand the challenges of running an AEC firm. Let us make it easier for you!
